1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Artorias Tech Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Renivel software-as-a-service platform.

By accessing Renivel, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

A. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial to new users. You will be required to provide payment information to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period expires. If you do not cancel before the end of the 30th day, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly or annual plan.

B. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to Renivel until that period concludes.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Artorias Tech Lab cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Artorias Tech Lab or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of Renivel.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of Renivel are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
