RENIVEL is intended for use by businesses and individuals operating within the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals outside of this jurisdiction.
We collect information necessary to provide our project management and financial tracking services for remodeling contractors.
When you register, we collect your name, business email address, and a hashed version of your password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
To provide our services, you may input data regarding your clients, properties, project details, and team members (workers). This includes names, contact details, and pay rates for your employees or subcontractors.
We track project expenses, payments, and change orders. Note that RENIVEL does not store your credit card or bank account numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the RENIVEL service, including generating financial reports, managing project timelines, and facilitating team communication.
AI Data Protection
We value your business intelligence. Your proprietary customer data and financial records are never sent to or processed by Google Gemini or any other AI training models.
We utilize a multi-tenant architecture where your business data is logically separated into isolated database schemas to prevent unauthorized access between different organizations.
